A system failure at a facility is more than an inconvenience, it can be a hair pulling frustrating experience for everyone involved and dangerous for the residence.
The main system fails, the emergency devices can no longer be processed and alert staff members because all forms of notification are down as well. This means the staff can no longer rely on paging, dome lights or any other form of notification. The staff is now in a panic and has no idea of what to do as they suddenly realize how much they depend on the system that just failed.
We know the story by heart only because we have seen it happen over and over. It's too late to worry about protection when the crisis happens and you'e unprepared but then again, after the smoke clears in a day or two, and the facility is back to normal, we're back to the same routine without giving that system a second thought.
We didn’t develop this standby system to "make a sale", We developed it because we know an affordable solution is needed. Not only for the safety of the residents but for a better cost solution for the facility.

Anyone who has any experienced installing repeaters or mini repeaters has at one time or another ran into the issue of not having power where or when it’s needed. I7 Tech Services has devised a solution that can power these devices up to 300 feet away. Both devices have been tested over a course of a two month period to ensure power and device stability.
Along with power extensions we have also devised devices that will alert the system in the event of a power loss. This can used for a mission critical devices, areas or entire apartments.

By making serial devices network-ready we give the nurse call server direct access to serial devices from anywhere on the network. This gives the ability to run such items as a dome light controller or a paging transmitter, which may be located away from the nurse call server, either through your network or a standard unmanaged switch.
The 3-step web-based configuration tool is straightforward and user-friendly. The web console guides users through three simple configuration steps that are necessary to activate the serial-to-Ethernet application. With this fast 3-step web-based configuration, a user only needs to spend an average of 30 seconds to complete the settings and enable the application, saving a great amount of time and effort.
The surge immunity solution, which is applied to the device’s serial, power, and Ethernet lines, is tested and proven compliant with IEC 61000-4-5. This provides a robust serial-to-Ethernet solution that can protect electrical devices from voltage spikes and withstand electrically noisy environmental conditions.
